December State Hospital Review and Planning Council Meeting

The State Hospital Review and Planning Council is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on Certificate of Need (CON) applications for the establishment, construction, additions, renovations of new (current) medical facilities and residential health care facilities in addition to, Article 36 certified home health care agencies and Article 40 hospice establishment and construction applications. The Council also has the authority to adopt and amend rules and regulations relating to medical facility operational and structural standards and rates of reimbursement.
