The Road to Quality Health Care for All Americans

On December 5, 2008, NCQA will convene its third annual Policy Conference, The Road to Quality Health Care for All Americans in Washington. This one-day conference will bring together the brightest minds in health care to chart a course toward a value-based health care system.

Expert panelists will discuss key topics such as:

Need for delivery system reform
Potential uses of comparative effectiveness research
Reinforcing the medical evidence base
Changing current payment systems to drive quality improvement

Also attending the conference will be a representative of the newly elected President who will provide a first-hand look at the new Administration's plan for health reform. This meeting is a must for health care leaders, policy makers, physicians, hospital administrators, senior health plan managers interested in identifying new ways to address improve health care quality.
