This Health Care for All New Yorkers fact sheet profiles New York State’s uninsured population.

Thirteen percent of New York State residents are uninsured. To better target coverage initiatives, it is important to understand their demographic compositions. The uninsured are more likely to be employed, have lower incomes, belong to racial and ethnic minorities, and to be immigrants.
