SMART BRFSS
Selected Metropolitan/Micropolitan Area Risk Trends (SMART) from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (SMART BRFSS) is an interactive chart tool from the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that provides data on New York State as a whole, and individual counties within the State.
With data from 2002–2007, this tool provides printable charts that compare health risk information for different years and counties in New York State, as well as prevalence data for the State as a whole. Data on this smaller scale is useful for programs throughout the State that seek information specific to their location.
