Addiction Treatment Technology Centers

January 2009

The Addition Treatment Technology Centers Network (ATTC), a network of 14 regional centers and a National Office was founded by SAMHSA in 2003 as a technical assistance resource for professionals in the addictions treatment and recovery services field.

Specifically, ATTC seeks to raise awareness of evidence-based and promising treatment and recovery practices, building skills to prepare the workforce to provide state-of-the-art addictions, treatment, and recovery services, and change practices by incorporating new skills that improve treatment and recovery outcomes. The Northeast ATTC serves New York and Pennsylvania by providing regional training and resources while promoting national ATTC Network initiatives.
