Aging Population

New York State is home to the third largest elderly population in nation. Currently there are 2.4 million New Yorkers over the age of 65 and that number is only expected to grow. From improving access to nursing homes and care within them, to creating educational opportunities to better train care givers, there is much that can be done to ensure that New York provides the best resources for the aging population.
