Facilitated Enrollment

There are a variety of health insurance options available to New Yorkers, but determining the appropriate option can be difficult. Facilitated enrollment is when a specialist helps an individual or family to determine the programs for which they are eligible, gather the required documentation, fill out the application, and submit all forms.
